Adam Becker, M. Ed.

CREATIVE CONSULTANT

Adam is the co-founder and lead consultant of StorySpring Consulting. He believes that nonprofits should have access to the same caliber of communications support as the corporate sector. With over a decade of experience working for the nonprofit sector, he offers a deep understanding of social service organizations and a passion for mental health advocacy. As a public image consultant, Adam supports our city’s progressive leaders in sharing their visions for a better world. He specializes in defining creative direction alongside his clients, developing a brand strategy, and assembling teams of creatives to create stunning visuals. Adam has a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and a Master's Degree in Educational Leadership, Renewal and Change, both from Colorado State University. He is a founding member of Denver’s newest cohousing community, Aria Cohousing, and has a passion for the creative process and authentic human connection. He believes in using his creative skills to advance the work of inspiring leaders and to build a world where everyone can thrive.

Facilitation

We support individual and communal growth through facilitation designed to uncover shared values and create paths towards alignment and meaning. We also partner on designing purpose-driven events and gatherings and offer consultation on developing intentional communities.

Speaking

Trish speaks on the ways that capitalism creates a world that prioritizes efficiency and consumption over community and meaning. She draws on her experience as a founding member of Denver’s newest cohousing community, using the principles of communal living to offer as an antidote to the loneliness epidemic that the digital age has created.

Trish Becker, MSW

Consultant. Coach. Community Builder.

Trish is the co-founder of StorySpring Consulting and the Director of Community Engagement at the University of Denver’s Graduate School of Social Work. She supports people and organizations advancing social change by connecting them to resources, opportunities and each other.

As a consultant and owner of StorySpring, she provides strategy, facilitation and coaching to nonprofits and social changemakers, specifically around their communications and public image efforts. At the University of Denver, she leads community engagement initiatives and creates gatherings that explore a variety of social justice topics. She listens to community organizations and co-creates mutually-beneficial partnerships that push forward social change.

She is a founding member of Denver’s newest cohousing community, Aria Cohousing, and a passionate advocate for housing solutions that address both the crisis of affordability and the global loneliness epidemic. She is in the process of establishing a micro-village in Wheat Ridge that addresses both.

She holds a Master of Social Work from the University of Washington and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Colorado State University. She is most alive when gathering people around a common purpose.
